Many haxogreen attendees care a lot about their privacy. We as organizers feel obligated to address that.

In order to protect the privacy of our attendees, you have to respect some rules.

It is generally not allowed to videotape or to photograph people, who are not aware of it or do not agree to it.

If you want to videotape or to photograph a larger crowd, please ask our staff first.

If you mistakenly took a picture or a video of someone without permission, please delete it immediately.

Breaking this privacy policy may lead to a redraw of your press badge and/or your ticket.

If you want to get a press badge, please contact us via email (camp[at]hackerspace[dot]lu). You will receive your press badge on the camp itself.

If you buy a ticket for haxogreen, you can visit the camp as a normal attendee, but always wear your press badge if you are working as press.
